The following term and contitions below shall be complied by all the guess in D'Merbok Homestay:-

A. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1) D'Merbok Homestay did not provide any services and facilities such as room service, telephone, radio, wardrobe, bathrobe, mini-bar and safety locker.

2) Strictly NO SMOKING & NO PET are allowed in the house due to hygiene. Failure to comply will entitle us to terminate your booking and you must leave the house immediately.

3) Strictly NO DURIAN is allow inside the house due to the strong smell hard to clean away from the house. You may consume “Durian” corridor outside from the house. This is to avoid strong smell for the next rental.

4) Strictly NO LOUD VOICE after 11pm. This to respect and to considerate the neighbor resident. If there are any complaints from the neighbor around, you would be asked to leave the homestay immediately without refund as you have violated the house rules.

5) Strictly NO ALCOHOL in the homestay.

6) Strictly NO DRUGS in the homestay.

B. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

1) Check-in

a) Booked rooms can be check-in anytime after 2.00 pm of the scheduled check-in date.

b) A refundable deposit (cleanness and damage) of RM100 required upon booking.

c) Full payment of the total rental fees including refundable deposit is require to pay before check in, ie via Internet Banking only

2) Check-out

a) If you check-out beyond 12.00 pm of the scheduled check-out date, D'Merbok Homestay reserves the right, without further notice to you, to charge you an additional one (1) night's stay at the then prevailing homestay rate.

b) Fine will be imposed on late checkout at RM50 per hour which entitle for up to 2 hours ONLY. If you failed to check-out beyond of extra 2 hours, the additional charge of one (1) night's stay at the prevailing homestay rate will be imposed to the customer.

C. CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

1) Once homestay booking is made and deposit are non-refundable if any cancellation made after that.

2) There are no refundable for the total charge if the cancellation was made less than 3 days of your check-in date.

 

D. DAMAGE

1) Guest are liable for any damage howsoever caused to the allocated room (s) or to the house property caused by you or any persons in your party (whether or not staying at the house) during your stay.

E. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

1) D'Merbok Homestay is not in a position to guarantee Guest's safety against events including but not limited to accidents, death, acts of God, flood, riot, theft, or even acts of negligence.

2) All activities have inherent risks to health and safety and D'Merbok Homestay will not be responsible for any eventualities related to any activities or services booked through this website.

3) D'Merbok Homestay will not be responsible for loss or damage of property left in Guest's room and/or the D'Merbok Homestay property during Guest's stay.

4) Guests are advised to obtain insurance to cover curtailment, and loss of luggage, personal effects, damages, personal injuries and money/valuable belongings.

F. DISCLAIMER

1) While we will make every effort to ensure that the information on the D'Merbok Homestay website or social media is accurate and published in good faith, we do not warrant or represent its accuracy and disclaims to the maximum extent permitted by law all warranties expressed or implied by statute, custom or usage.

G. CHANGES TO THE THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS

1) D'Merbok Homestay reserves the right to cancel, amend or vary the arrangements and content featured on the D'Merbok Homestay website and/or change or add to these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
